Assess the extent and type of fire or water damage to enable clear, accurate restoration decisions.

Efficient and Effective Restoration Planning:
Develop and deliver safe and practical restoration plans to ensure a smooth and prompt handover to reinstatement team.
- High-Standard Water and Fire Mitigation:
Perform mitigation tasks such as water extraction, wet and contaminated material strip-out, soot decontamination, and drying equipment setup.

Clean, Safe, and Habitable Environments:
Complete decontamination, sanitising, deodorising, and debris removal to restore safe conditions of properties.
- Clear, Accurate Documentation:
Maintain a detailed log of works completed including recording accurate moisture readings, update insurance systems, produce floorplans, and support claim processes.
