Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff & Waiting staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our establishment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of beverages. This role requires a friendly disposition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management, including ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations as well as responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with customers.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
- A passion for mixology and willingness to learn about different beverages.
- Must be at least 18 years of age due to licensing laws.
