About the role
Langdale Associates is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Brickwork Working Supervisor to join us on a long run of work across the London area, starting in Chiswick. This is a hands-on working supervisor role — you'll be laying bricks alongside the gang while taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the brickwork package on site.
With a strong pipeline of projects secured across London, this is a genuine opportunity for continuous, long-term work for the right person.
What you'll be doing
- Supervising and working alongside the brickwork gang on site
- Setting out and maintaining quality, line and level across the brickwork package
- Ensuring health and safety standards are met and toolbox talks are delivered
- Liaising with site management on programme, progress and materials
- Keeping the gang productive and the work on schedule
- Leading by example on workmanship, attitude and site conduct
What we're looking for
- SSSTS (Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme) — minimum requiremen
- First Aid at Work certificate (beneficial)
- Time-served bricklayer with proven supervisory experience
- Committed, reliable and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
- Able to read drawings and set out brickwork accurately
- Good communication skills and the ability to lead a gang
Pay: £250.00 per day
