Proactively source and engage diverse talent for current vacancies and future hiring needs across the business

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies

Build, maintain and nurture talent pools that support long‑term workforce planning

Deliver a positive, inclusive and transparent candidate experience from first contact onwards

Use market insights and data to inform sourcing decisions and advise stakeholders

Manage candidate relationships throughout the sourcing phase, ensuring clear and timely communication

Experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, either in‑house or agency‑side

Confidence sourcing talent through multiple channels, including direct search and networking

Ability to understand both immediate hiring needs and longer‑term talent requirements

Comfort working with ATS platforms and maintaining accurate, high‑quality data

A thoughtful, organised approach to managing multiple priorities at the same time

Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt style for different audiences
