We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Negotiator to join our team in Waterloo, Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident, with a genuine passion for property and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing property sales from initial enquiry through to completion
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Generating new business opportunities and leads
- Providing regular feedback to vendors
- Keeping up to date with the local property market
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Passionate about property and customer service
- Hardworking with a positive, can-do attitude
- Previous estate agency experience preferred but not essential

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays (with time off in lieu)
