Job Description
About the Role
As our OHL Project Administrator, you'll be the beating heart of project coordination for the OHL Engineering team. Reporting to the Head of OHL Engineering, you'll take ownership of project administration and CMAP management — keeping projects set up, tracked and running smoothly, while our brilliant engineers focus on what they do best: technical delivery!
This is a fantastic opportunity to be the go-to person for efficiency, accuracy and financial performance across the department — your work will genuinely help projects thrive.
What You'll Be Doing

Managing incoming enquiries, proposals and orders within CMAP (a cloud-based operations and project tracking platform)

Setting up and maintaining project folders and records

Tracking quotations and liaising with engineers to keep proposals moving

Keeping CMAP updated with quotation, project and financial information

Supporting payment applications, invoicing and client follow-ups

Working alongside engineers on project forecasts, progress updates and project sliders

Championing data accuracy and consistent processes across all OHL teams

Helping roll out exciting CMAP improvements and new ways of working

Assisting with reporting and general administrative support

Taking on other duties as directed by your Line Manager or Nominated Director
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:

Essential: Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics

Desirable: Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
-
Previous experience in an administrative or project support role

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work independently

Desirable: experience in an engineering, consultancy or project-based environment

Desirable: experience with CMAP or similar project management systems

Desirable: understanding of project, invoicing and financial administration processes
