Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

The Role
We are looking for an organised, customer-focused Customer Account Manager to join our busy service team.
You will manage a portfolio of nationwide customers, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring they receive a reliable, responsive service that goes above and beyond expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with key client contacts.
- Responding to enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Keeping customers updated on jobs, quotations and emergency tasks.
- Producing weekly reports on outstanding work.
- Managing incoming tasks through our CRM and client portals.
- Working to agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Monitoring account activity and identifying trends.
- Maintaining accurate account records and documentation.
- Liaising with engineers and regional service coordinators.
- Escalating issues that could affect service delivery.
- Handling incoming calls and logging tasks accurately.
About You
You will have:
- Experience in a busy customer service or service-management environment.
- Experience working to KPIs and SLAs.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Confidence using CRM systems and client portals.
- A professional, positive and empathetic approach.
Experience with Pro-Nett or Access Maintain and knowledge of foodservice equipment would be beneficial, but neither is essential. Training will be provided.
