We are an Animal Feed Manufacturer based in a rural location and supplying Farmers locally and in the surrounding Counties.
This is a permanent role within the Company for an experienced Person to work as part of our small Office Team.
The Role:
Your primary role will be checking supplier invoices are correct and entering them onto Sage 50 Accounts. In addition as part of a small team you will be required to perform general office administration tasks such as:
- Answering the phone
- Take Customer orders
- Process Customer orders
- Serve Customers at trade counter
- Process payments using card terminal
- Communicating with Suppliers
- Raising Purchase & Sales Orders
- Completing Delivery Notes
- Processing Invoices
The ideal Candidate will have:
- Experience working with Sage 50 Accounts or similar accounting package
- Experience working in an Office environment
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Good IT skills including using Microsoft Office
- An excellent Customer service approach
We can offer:
A Full-Time position, 34 hours / week. Our Office hours are 8.30am to 5pm and the job will be for 4 days a week. Monday & Friday are essential the other two days to be agreed .
20 days Holiday plus Bank Holidays (Pro-rata).
