Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible serving practices are followed at all times
- Manage cash transactions accurately using basic math skills for billing and change handling
- Restock supplies regularly to ensure the bar is fully equipped for busy periods
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during peak hours and special events
Experience
- Previous experience working in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced settings
- Strong communication skills, including serving customers confidently and professionally
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions accurately
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service expectations is a plus
