We are looking for a hard-working, reliable and responsible General Assistant to join the friendly team at Black Isle.
The Black Isle Hostel & Rooms are located in the centre of Inverness. The hostel contains mixed dormitory rooms, shared facilities, public areas and a main reception, whilst there are also a number of private en-suite rooms above the Black Isle Bar. The hostel is clean and well-equipped with light, open public areas.
Your role would be primarily tasked with the housekeeping and cleaning of the dormitory rooms and shared facilities in the hostel as well as the private en-suite rooms above the Black Isle Bar. You would be working 5 days in every 7, approximately 40 hours per week.
You will also be required to cover light reception duties and provide excellent customer service to guests as they check-in to their rooms, as well as relay all relevant information to them to make their stay an enjoyable and comfortable one.
Previous experience working in a hostel or hotel would be desirable but full training will be provided.
