Are you an organised and detail-focused administrator looking for your next opportunity? We're looking for a Performance Support Services Administrator to join our Airside Pass Team at Heathrow IRC.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Airside Pass function, helping to ensure airside pass applications and compliance processes are managed accurately and efficiently.
What you'll be doing:
Acting as the first point of contact for airside pass queries and requests.
Processing new and renewal airside pass applications through Airport Gateway, ensuring compliance with CAA and airport requirements.
Issuing GSAT login details for mandatory online training courses.
Requesting DBS certificates through the online portal.
Producing and distributing documentation and information accurately and on time.
Maintaining electronic and manual records and filing systems.
Arranging appointments and supporting the day-to-day running of the team.
Providing wider administrative support as required across the department.
Taking part in ongoing learning and development opportunities.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a busy administrative role.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Good communication skills with the confidence to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
A proactive approach with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.
