We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Dispenser to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Dispense prescribed medications accurately in accordance with prescriptions and pharmacy protocols
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and organising medication orders for patients
- Assist in making Monitored dosage boxes.
- Maintain precise records of dispensed medicines and update patient profiles accordingly
- Ensure the pharmacy environment adheres to health and safety regulations at all times
- Support inventory management by checking stock levels, organising supplies, and placing orders when necessary
- Assist with medication administration procedures under supervision, ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards
- Deliver exceptional patient care by addressing queries and be able to answer calls.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a pharmacy dispenser (level 2) required.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism when interacting with patients.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
