The HEKAS Rewards Package
OTE Salary: £20 – £30 per hour (Based on experience + high-performance incentives).

Senior Clinician: Mastery of the Hekas methodology and building a premium client base.
Clinic Manager: Leading the team, mentoring staff, and overseeing operations with profit-overrides.

Your Schedule (Work-Life Balance)
We value your time. Our schedule is fixed to ensure you have a life outside the clinic:
Mostly Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: Core Clinic Days.
Weekends: Every other Saturday and Sunday (Fortnightly rotation).
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
Female Applicants Only: (This is a genuine occupational requirement due to client privacy and cultural considerations).
Qualification: Degree in Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, or a related field.
Skills: Proficient in manual therapy; experience in IASTM and gait analysis is a plus.
Insurance: Must be fully insured to practice independently.
