We also embrace our urban forest school , with lots of outdoor learning and regular trips into the local community using our nursery minibuses.
What You’ll Be Doing
Every day brings something new. You will:
- Create a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel safe, happy, and confident
- Support children’s learning and development through fun, age-appropriate activities using our bespoke curriculum
- Embrace outdoor learning as part of our urban forest school approach
- Take part in local outings and trips using our nursery minibuses
- Observe, support, and celebrate each child’s individual development
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support daily routines, care needs, and smooth transitions
- Maintain high standards of care, safeguarding, health, and hygiene
- Work as part of a supportive team, sharing ideas and best practice
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
- A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- A team player who enjoys learning and developing
- Basic knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding
