We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Breakfast Chef/Housekeeper to join our vibrant team! Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste
- Manage all aspects of meal preparation, including ingredient selection, portion control, and food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to health regulations and safety protocols
- Follow all food safety guidelines and hygiene practices diligently throughout your shift
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and staff facilities by performing regular housekeeping duties
- Change bed linen, vacuum carpets, dust surfaces, and ensure bathrooms are sanitised to high standards
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials as needed
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety procedures and food safety standards
- Excellent culinary skills with an eye for detail in meal presentation
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Familiarity with cleaning routines and housekeeping best practices
