The Role
We are looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our Day Shift team, supporting our Replenishment and Goods In departments.
This is a varied role within our busy, fast-paced warehouse where you'll be responsible for receiving stock, replenishing warehouse locations, picking customer orders, and supporting our Prep Department when required. As part of the role, you'll work across our multi-temperature warehouse environment, including Ambient, Chilled, and Freezer areas.
This is an excellent opportunity to become a multi-skilled warehouse operative, gaining experience across various warehouse functions while working as part of a supportive and hardworking team.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and prepare customer orders to meet quality and delivery standards.
- Replenish warehouse stock locations to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
- Receive, unload, and check incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality.
- Store products safely and efficiently within Ambient, Chilled, and Freezer environments.
- Support stock control activities, including stock counts and stock rotation.
- Assist within the Prep Department as required by business needs.
- Operate safely and follow all warehouse procedures and health & safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across all warehouse departments.
Skills & Experience – Who We're Looking For

You will ideally have:
- Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential).
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Basic computer skills and confidence using warehouse systems.
- A flexible approach and willingness to work across different warehouse departments.
- The ability to work in multi-temperature environments, including Freezer, Chilled, and Ambient areas.
- Good levels of physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual handling duties.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- A positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety.
- A forklift licence is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided for the right candidate.
