Key Duties:
- Undertake monthly monitoring, report on bookings, income generated and take up.
- Booking bowling events and take payments for centre’s bookings maintain record
- To process payments and update customer files as needed.
- Completing daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance checks in line with manufacturer’s instructions and site specific schedule.
- Ensure that the buildings and grounds are maintained according to industry standards
- Fully support and promote all Mytime Active Programmes, events and challenges
- To assist with the promotion of all the centres and activities
Role requirements:
- Experience working with mechanical or electrical systems, preferably in the bowling industry.
- Understanding of the Leisure and Events Industry
- Well-developed communication skills to ensure effective communication with a wide range of individuals, including customers and colleagues.
