I'm delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Pharmacy Manager to join a growing, independent pharmacy team.
This role will suit a motivated community focused Pharmacy Manager who is eager to support the delivery and development of high-quality pharmacy services within a growing, supportive environment and community. You will work alongside an experienced team to provide NHS and private services, ensuring excellent standards of patient care and safety while contributing to service improvement, business growth and providing new services.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient-centred care, demonstrates strong leadership, and works effectively both independently and within a team, with a proactive approach to ongoing professional development.
Approx 3500 items per month
3 staff members 1 delivery driver
Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am - 6.00pm
NO Saturdays
Key Duties:
- Accurately dispense and clinically check prescriptions in line with regulatory and professional standards
- Be an independent prescriber
- Deliver a wide range of NHS services
- Provide expert clinical advice and support to patients, promoting safe and effective use of medicines
- Lead and support the pharmacy team in daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high service standards
- Contribute to the development and growth of pharmacy services and business performance

Essential Requirements:
- MUST be a qualified Pharmacist in the UK
- MUST have GPhC registration
- MUST be an independent prescriber
- No visa sponsorship available
