RL Services Limited are seeking a skilled and reliable Decorator to join our team for a temporary contract in Epsom with a view to go full time.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality painting and decorating work on residential and commercial properties, ensuring projects are completed to an excellent standard and within agreed deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, and priming.
- Apply paint and or wallpaper, and decorative finishes to walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and craftsmanship.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
- Accurately estimate materials and report any additional requirements.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Painter and Decorator or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of decorating materials, techniques, and equipment.
- Full driving licence (preferred but not essential).
