This established children's home provider is looking for a Registered Manager to support their "GOOD" and nurturing children's home in Romford.

⭐ About the home:
Based in Romford, this 4x bedded children’s home was the provider’s very first service, originally registered in 2020. Since opening, the home has gone from strength to strength and currently holds a “GOOD” OFSTED rating, with “Outstanding” service also provided in their homes in Brightlingsea, Basildon and Colchester.
The home currently supports two young people with trauma-based needs, related to neglect and abuse.
A strong and established staffing structure is already in place, including 9x full-time staff members alongside an experienced Deputy Manager, creating a well-supported and collaborative working environment.
⭐ What you’ll need:
- 2 years' management experience within an Ofsted regulated children’s home
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
- Full UK Drivers License
