Our Branch Managers are key to our business here at Ucan and are open minded and approachable and encourage individuals to reach their full potential. You will develop your team members professionally using coaching methods in order to enhance outstanding quality whilst keeping the customers needs at the heart of what we do! We pride ourselves on being nothing like other car dealerships and this is a role where you can directly influence business and the success of both yourself and others. The successful candidate will have an OTE of £80k and the potential to earn more if they excel, so only apply if you are very hands on, are prepared to put in the time and effort required and you are driven, capable and adaptable.
What you will be doing-
- Manage all aspects of the Branch day to day including staffing, sales performance and compliance management.
- Build and develop a high performing sales team, work with the Sales Management team to further develop the Sales team and drive continuous improvement
- Maintain constant overview of all sales floor activity using the company systems and by being hands on.
- Regularly carry out effective 121s with all team members and encourage team to develop, through training and coaching
- Ensure all sales opportunities are maximised and conversion rates are developed and improved
- Review the customer journey regularly and ensure that customer expectations are met.
- Ensuring the sales process is followed and that paperwork is completed accurately and targets are hit.
- Working as part of a team to ensure sales targets are met on a monthly basis.
- Inspiring others by leading by example.
You will need to have a proven track record in a sales environment with people management experience and the ability to drive sales results by ensuring that the team are working in a positive environment. You should be passionate about what you do and demonstrate really strong people, communication and organisational skills whilst working and supporting the team with positivity and enthusiasm. Due to the nature of the role we will require you to have held a driving licence for more than a year.
