We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist/Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, respond to enquiries, and direct them appropriately using excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles, providing detailed product information, and conducting test drives where applicable.
- Support the sales team by managing appointments, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records within CRM systems.
- Upsell additional services or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue.
- Maintain organised front-desk operations, including handling paperwork and processing transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to achieve monthly sales targets and improve customer engagement strategies.
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or car sales is highly desirable.
- Demonstrable organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette.
- Experience using CRM software to track leads, customer interactions, and sales progressions.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are considered a significant advantage for engaging with a diverse customer base.
- Previous experience in sales management or upselling techniques will be beneficial in driving revenue growth. Pay: £24,420.00-£28,063.00 per year
