We're looking for an ambitious and experienced General Manager to lead the Pavilion.
The Role
As General Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the day to day operation of the business, leading from the front and ensuring high standards across all areas of the venue.
You'll be responsible for growing sales, managing costs, recruiting and developing your team, delivering memorable events and creating an atmosphere that makes the Pavilion the go to venue for social occasions.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a General Manager or experienced Deputy Manager in a busy pub, bar or hospitality venue
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A passion for sport, entertainment and creating great customer experiences
- Commercial awareness with a proven track record of driving sales and profit
- Excellent standards in service, compliance and operations
- A hands on approach and the ability to motivate and develop teams
