About this role
As a Care Assistant, you will support people in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.
Your role will include:
- Supporting with personal care and daily routines.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Assisting with meals and medication prompts.
- Helping clients remain safe and comfortable at home.
- Building meaningful relationships with the people you support.
Neighbourhoods we provide care to
Pakefield, Carlton Colville, Kirkley, Oulton Broad (South), Kessingland, Lowestoft, Gunton, Oulton Broad (North), Corton and Normanston.
Pay Structure
- Junior Carer (18-21 years old): £13.13 per hour.
- Carer: £14.00 per hour.
- Bank holidays: £21.00 per hour.
Work Patterns
We offer flexible patterns including:
- Morning shifts: 7:00am – 2:00pm.
- Evening shifts: 4:00pm – 10:00pm.
- Longer shifts with a break.
- Weekend availability.
- Optional waking or sleeping night shifts.
We can work with you to find a pattern that suits your availability.

- To live in or near Lowestoft.

- Availability for morning, evening and/or weekend shifts.
Previous care experience is welcomed, but not essential. Experience supporting a family member or loved one is also valuable.
