Compliance Officer / Quality Assurance – Children’s Residential Care
Are you passionate about quality, compliance, and improving outcomes for young people?
We’re looking for a detail-driven Compliance Officer / Quality Assurance /
Children’s Residential Care professional to support and strengthen standards across our children’s residential Care. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring services meet Ofsted requirements, while driving continuous improvement and supporting our leadership teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out regular audits and quality assurance visits
- Monitoring compliance with Ofsted regulations and the Children’s Care Regulations 2015
- Reviewing care practices, documentation, and safeguarding procedures
- Supporting Registered Managers and Deputies to maintain high standards
- Identifying improvements and implementing action plans
- Producing clear, professional audit reports and feedback
- Supporting homes through Ofsted inspections and registration processes
- Tracking incidents, complaints, and safeguarding trends
- Promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Experience in compliance, auditing, or quality assurance
- Solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Excellent attention to detail and report writing skills
- Confidence to challenge and support practice professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in children’s residential care or a similar setting
- Strong working knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards (essential)
