Maternity Cover Property Sales Negotiator - Full Time
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Property Sales Negotiator to join our Uddingston Branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to work within the property market. Previous Estate Agency experience is essential.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting buyers throughout the property purchase journey, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure a smooth and professional sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with prospective purchasers and understand their property requirements.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information about properties and local amenities.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes for all parties.
- Manage and maintain accurate property listings, client records, and sales documentation.
- Follow up with prospective purchasers after viewings and provide ongoing support throughout the sales process.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote properties and maximise market exposure.
- Maintain a strong understanding of local market conditions, property values, and industry developments.
- Deliver a professional, friendly, and customer-focused service at all times.
- Assist in progressing sales and ensuring a seamless client experience.
Skills and Experience

- Previous experience in property sales, estate agency, or a customer service sales-focused environment.
