The Role We're looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team at Burton on Trent (Pirelli), receiving, storing and dispatching goods using our integrated warehouse technology. You'll work as part of a close-knit team, hitting targets and deadlines without ever cutting corners on quality.
Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off — 05:00–17:00 (Days) or 17:00–05:00 (Nights)
What you'll do:

Receive and process warehouse stock, inspecting product and reporting any damage or missing items

Move stock safely, accurately and on time to storage areas

Carry out inventory controls and maintain high-quality standards for audits

Report inbound and outbound discrepancies

Pack, wrap, label and load orders accurately for delivery or collection, in manifest order

Communicate and cooperate closely with supervisors and colleagues

Keep your working area clean, safe and fully compliant with site safety rules

Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment safely and in line with your licence and company procedures
What you'll bring:

At least one year's experience as a Warehouse Operative, including FLT experience

A current, valid forklift licence

Proficiency with inventory software and warehouse systems

Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods

Good organisational and time management skills
