Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Motor Mechanic/Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of vehicles and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake inspections, and tyre rotations
- Utilise hand tools, power tools, to carry out repairs and assembly work
- Conduct equipment repairs and replacements, ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Assist with the installation and assembly of new machinery or vehicle components
- Perform heavy lifting as required during maintenance or repair procedures
- Maintain detailed records of all work carried out for each vehicle or piece of equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly to clients
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
Experience
- Proven experience as a Motor Mechanic or Service Technician in a similar environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, and diagnostic procedures
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques
- Experience in equipment repair, maintenance programmes, and troubleshooting complex mechanical issues
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and working in various positions for extended periods
- Must have sufficient own tools.

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
