Hours: Monday, Tuesday and 3 hours on Saturday (additional hours available during busy periods)

About Us
Opportunity to join a growing ecommerce fulfilment and logistics company based in Colchester. We help online retailers store, pick, pack and ship orders across the UK and internationally.
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible work, whether alongside another job, studies, or family commitments.
The Role
You will be involved in the day-to-day running of our warehouse, helping ensure customer orders are picked, packed and despatched accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Receiving and booking in stock
- Organising warehouse storage locations
- Labelling and preparing parcels for despatch
- Carrying out stock checks and inventory counts
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Good attention to detail
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential
Desirable
- Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems
- Forklift licence (training can be provided for the right candidate)
- Experience within ecommerce fulfilment or logistics
