At Ground in the Park, we’re more than a coffee shop. We’re a community. We know our customers by name, we celebrate birthdays, cuddle dogs, cheer on toddlers taking their first steps, and occasionally provide unofficial therapy over a flat white.

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly without trying too hard Calm under pressure Obsessed with great coffee and brilliant customer service Reliable (seriously, this one’s important!) Happy to muck in wherever needed Looking for somewhere they can genuinely become part of the family
We don’t care if you’ve worked in fancy coffee shops or Michelin-star restaurants.
We care that you work hard, care about people, have a great attitude, and want to help make someone’s day better.
