An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Manager to join a successful and well-established multi-branch estate agency in Purley.
This is a fantastic role for a driven property professional who enjoys winning instructions, conducting valuations, mentoring colleagues and helping drive branch performance. You'll work alongside an experienced management team with clear opportunities to progress your career into Branch Management and beyond.

The Role
As Assistant Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the branch by:
- Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
- Supporting the Branch Manager with branch performance
- Coaching and motivating negotiators to achieve targets
- Managing and progressing the sales pipeline
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
- Building relationships with vendors, buyers and local businesses
- Taking responsibility for branch operations when the Manager is absent
- Driving revenue growth and identifying new business opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator, Valuer or Assistant Manager
- Proven track record of winning instructions and generating business
- Strong knowledge of the residential sales market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership potential with the ability to inspire others
- Highly organised and target-driven
- Full UK Driving Licence
