Packing Operative
Location: Bridgwater
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
Salary: £24,979.50 per year
The Role
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Repacking food and beverage items to customer specifications.
- Handling small products with care and precision.
- Ensuring products are packed accurately and to a high standard.
- Carrying out quality checks throughout the packing process.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area.
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
What We're Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Has good manual dexterity and enjoys working with small items.
- Can work quickly while maintaining accuracy.
- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
- Works well as part of a team.
- Previous packing or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
