The Role
We are currently recruiting Brand Ambassadors to represent Native and our client brands on university campuses across the UK. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering on-campus brand activations, engaging with the student community and ensuring every campaign is executed to the highest standard.
This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in experiential marketing, brand management and client-facing work.
This role involves staff working independently and unsupervised with alcohol - including serving, handling and representing licensed alcohol brands at events without another authorised person overseeing each transaction. You will need to be 18+ years old to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Representing client brands on campus in a professional and engaging manner
- Delivering brand activations and promotional campaigns as briefed
- Engaging with students to drive awareness, participation and positive brand sentiment
- Working collaboratively with fellow Brand Ambassadors and Event Managers on the day
- Adhering to shift schedules, dress codes and campaign guidelines at all times
- Help support capturing the hard work native are doing on campuses.

How to Apply
All Brand Ambassadors are engaged on a self-employed basis and managed through our staffing platform, Liveforce. Successful candidates will be onboarded, provided with a full welcome pack and assigned a trial shift before joining the wider team.
Pay: £14.28-£19.38 per hour
