Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Duties
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance.
- Lead and supervise staff to ensure high-quality guest services and adherence to company standards.
- Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development.
- Develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction through personalized service and prompt resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement of supplies and equipment.
- Monitor financial performance, control budgets, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
- Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, leadership development, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with guests in multiple languages or bilingual settings to meet diverse needs.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new guests and retain loyal clientele.
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry or hotel management roles.
- Extensive hotel experience with a strong understanding of guest services standards.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment.
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is highly preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively.
- Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing, training, and employee relations.
- Experience managing budgets, financial reports, and operational metrics in a hospitality setting.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest engagement and team coordination.
