DM Boyles Ltd is a Liquid Waste Management haulier that is based in Osgodby near Market Rasen. We are looking for a office assistant to help in our growing office.
Responsibilities include
Processing orders via phone and email
Keeping social media sites up to date (Facebook, Instagram LinkedIn TikTok)
Keeping the vehicles and drivers data up to date.
Assisting the office manager with other admin duties
Requirements and Skills
A team player
Excellent customer service skills
Basic Computer Skills including excel is advantageous - Full training will be given on our systems
Knowledge of Social Media
Working Hours
Monday-Friday 09:00-15:00 £13 per hour
Additional flexibility may be required during busy periods.
Closing Date Friday 31st July 5pm
