Key Responsibilities:
- Quantitative & Qualitative Analysis: Conduct rigorous data analysis to uncover business trends, identify operational inefficiencies, and back up strategic hypotheses.
- End-to-End Problem Solving: Support projects from initial discovery and process mapping to deliverable creation and executive presentation.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with client teams to map workflows, present findings clearly, and build consensus around strategic recommendations.
- Deliverable Ownership: Build polished, highly persuasive decks and reports that articulate complex concepts in a clear, executive-friendly format.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional project leads and senior advisors to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 1–3 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, business analysis, or commercial project management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, STEM, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Skills & Tooling: Strong problem-solving mindset with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and modern analytical tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to articulate recommendations to stakeholders.
- Mindset: You are pragmatic, analytical, and proactive. You know how to synthesize raw data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
