About the Role
Binitec Industrial UK is seeking an analytical Industrial Engineer to improve manufacturing and operational processes, increase efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze production and operational processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement process improvements.
- Analyze workflow, capacity, and resource utilization.
- Support quality and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Develop process documentation and performance reports.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and management teams.
- Monitor key operational performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- Professional experience in industrial or process engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent project-management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with engineering and data-analysis tools.
