We are currently looking for a Head of Performance Improvement to join the finance team at our Head Office in Lutterworth.
Contributing to the ongoing strategy of operational improvement and delivery, the Head of Performance Improvement is accountable for converting strategy and performance insight into delivered improvement. The successful candidate will own the design, governance and delivery of business performance improvement initiatives and ensures that performance reporting is used to drive real and sustained change.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Owning the portfolio of business improvement and transformation initiatives.
- Translating performance gaps into structured improvement activity.
- Establishing and enforcing improvement and project governance.
- Acting as a cross functional leader, working across all business functions to drive and deliver change.
- Using business reporting as a tool to drive accountability and action.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- A strong, proven negotiator with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- A strong business acumen to diagnose business performance issues and the ability to recommend and implement improvements.
- An effective communicator at all levels with excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams and environments.
- Flexibility in problem solving, providing direction and work patterns to meet business objectives.
