Pay Rate: £10.85 to £14.00 p/h + overtime, dependant on experience

Motorcraft Adventure Developments are the UK's leading specialist vehicle manufacture. As we continue to expand our line of 'Overland' vehicles into the European market, we are now recruiting for the role of an Auto Electrical Trainee. The role is at our well-established site in Doncaster; We have a robust and well-established team and an expanding order book.
Job Overview:
Due to increased workload, we require dynamic individuals to join our building team. The successful candidate will be required to support our existing electrician in installations, across our diverse range of specialist vehicles. Always ensuring a high-quality standard is achieved while maintaining our Health & Safety policies and procedures are adhered to. Due to the fluid and bespoke nature of our custom solutions, you must have the ability to be creative, problem solve and adapt as each project starts and progresses.
Essential Criteria:
Previous Electrical installation experience – Domestic/Commercial or Vehicle
Ability to solve problems independently
Ability to work efficiently within a dynamic team
Willingness to learn and develop new skills and trades
Ability to work unsupervised to a high standard of workmanship and to deadlines.
Additional Preferred Criteria:
Experience in basic electrics, fitting of sockets/switches etc.
Ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings.
Good communication skills both verbal & written
To ensure the surrounding work area is a safe environment for themselves & other users Comply with health and safety rules and regulations and ensure the correct PPE is worn/used throughout
