iCall Care are hiring!
We are looking for an office assistant to join our team.
Whether you have worked in care before, or even if you come from a completely different industry, you could be exactly who we are looking for.
- Salary: £625 per week - rising to £675 within a year based upon performance and service duration.
- Shifts: 3 office days per week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9am to 4pm.
- On-Call: 1 week on, 2 weeks off (working from home outside of office hours) (24 hour duty for emergencies and out of hours). This would mean one week working the full week, and two weeks having four days off in a row.
- Additional: Extra hours may be available to bump up your salary if you wish.
What do I need to Apply?
- Own vehicle is strongly recommended for this role.
- Full right to work in the UK, we do not currently have capacity to offer sponsorships.
- Administrative experience is strongly recommended (Microsoft Word and Excel, printing, scanning, filing, candidates should be good with IT and writing). It is also beneficial to have your own laptop and mobile phone.
- Good leadership and communication qualities are required for this role. As a member of the management team, you would be required to hold meetings, training sessions, mediate between staff and communicate effectively with service users and healthcare professionals.

Pay: £32,500.00-£35,100.00 per year
