Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily workshop operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Coordinate scheduling of repairs, maintenance, and projects to optimize workflow and resource allocation
- Lead and motivate workshop staff, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations and best practices
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs, diagnostics, and assembly tasks
- Conduct inspections of equipment and machinery to identify issues early and plan appropriate interventions
- Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies to ensure availability for all workshop activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in workshop or maintenance management with strong organizational skills
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and foster collaboration
- Strong communication skills for clear instructions and reporting
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Relevant certifications or training in mechanical work or safety regulations are a plus
