JOB SUMMARY
As Contract Manager, you will lead the delivery of funded programmes that help adults across London move forward. You will build strong relationships with funders and partners, keep everything running smoothly, and use data to make sure more people get the support they need. If you are organised, confident with numbers, and want your work to make a real difference in your community, this could be the next step for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build trusted partnerships with funders, including the Greater London Authority. You will be their main point of contact and help open new opportunities for local people.
- Keep delivery on track so more people can access funded support and achieve their goals.
- Make sure everything meets funding rules and high standards, using your attention to detail.
- Lead and support a team who help learners take the next step. Together, you will reach more people and help them build better futures.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- You are organised and pay close attention to detail.
- You communicate clearly, both in writing and in person.
- You are confident with numbers and data.
- You can manage deadlines and keep focused on your goals.

- You will earn between £42,000 and £47,000 per year, with a London weighting on top.
