ResponsibilitiesThe Property Coordinator role is varied and will provide administrative and operational support across our property management and lettings departments.Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing essential administrative support to the property management team
- Helping us maintain our high standards of customer service
- Responding to landlords, tenants, applicants and customers promptly, professionally and courteously
- Accurately entering and maintaining information within our property management database
- Creating, updating and maintaining documentation
- Supporting our aim of operating as efficiently and paperlessly as possible
- Assisting with property management administration and day-to-day tenancy matters
- Logging, coordinating and following up maintenance issues
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Arranging appointments, contractor visits and property access
- Assisting with property inspections, visits and reports
- Supporting front-end lettings enquiries when required
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Following up with prospective tenants and applicants
- Working across different departments and alongside different members of the team as part of your ongoing development
- Attending external meetings and property visits where required
- Occasionally observing court proceedings relating to possession cases as part of your wider industry knowledge and development
The successful applicant must be comfortable working flexibly within a varied role. On any given day, you may be carrying out viewings, attending property visits, preparing reports, coordinating maintenance and completing the administration associated with managing properties and tenancies.Personal AttributesWe are looking for someone who is:

Location & HoursThis is a full-time position based in Westgate-on-Sea, Kent, working five days per week.The role will include Saturday working, with a day off in lieu during the week. You may also occasionally be required to provide additional cover during staff holidays or absences.Due to the nature of the role, flexibility is important.Additional Pay
