About the Role
Our homes support up to three young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
As a Residential Childcare Practitioner, you'll help create a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment where young people can heal, grow and achieve their full potential.
You'll:
Build positive relationships with young people
Support independence and life skills
Encourage education, hobbies and aspirations
Work alongside social workers, schools and healthcare professionals
Celebrate achievements and milestones
Help children create brighter futures

Essential:
Aged 21 years or over
Desirable:
Experience working with children or young people
Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare
Understanding of EBD and challenging behaviours
Full UK Driving Licence
