Duties
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and care.
- Assemble pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to cook pizzas to perfection.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of low supplies or expired items.
- Support team members during busy periods by helping with meal preparation and serving when needed.
- Follow all food safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff alike.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, especially related to pizza making and meal preparation.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices within a restaurant setting.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
