Key duties of this Care Supervisor
- The well being of our care team
- The well being of the customers
- Introducing customer to team members
- Communicating with family members and other professionals
- Completing supervisions and observations on carers
- Completing care plans and assessments
- Participation in the on-call rota

Essential criteria:
- Must have a full driving license and use of own vehicle
- Have level 3 or working towards it
- Live within or close to the Elmbridge, Runnymede & Spelthorne areas
