CPCS Plant Instructor / Tester
Permanent or Contractor Opportunity
Due to significant growth in this area, we are looking for an experienced CPCS Plant Instructor / Tester to deliver plant machinery training and assessments, primarily on client sites.
This role would suit a knowledgeable and professional instructor who can deliver high-quality training, assess candidates effectively, and maintain excellent safety and compliance standards.
Essential Requirements
- Valid CPCS Tester Card
- Experience delivering plant machinery training and/or assessment
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and safe working practices
- Good IT skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently, travel to client sites, and represent the company professionally
Key Duties
- Deliver training, demonstration, assessment and testing for plant machinery courses
- Complete and submit all relevant course and assessment paperwork
- Prepare thoroughly for off-site training assignments, including materials and documentation
- Maintain up-to-date training knowledge and ensure compliance with current legislation and HSE guidance
- Support candidates with clear instruction and constructive feedback
- Work flexibly to meet business and client requirements
