We’re looking for a Psychology or related graduate to join a forward-thinking secondary school in Wolverhampton, supporting young people aged 11–16 with SEMH and additional needs.
This is more than classroom experience.
You’ll work alongside SENCO and pastoral teams, deliver 1:1 and small-group support, help students develop emotional regulation, and deliver personalised interventions that can genuinely change outcomes.
