Working Week: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday
Hours: 30–35 hours per week

What We’re Looking For
Hospitality Experience
You’ve worked in cafés, restaurants, or hospitality venues before and know what great service looks and feels like.
Passion for Coffee + Food
You genuinely care about quality coffee, fresh food, and creating memorable customer experiences.
Team Player Energy
You work brilliantly with others, bring positive energy to the floor, and are always willing to jump in where needed.
Calm Under Pressure
Busy services don’t faze you. You stay organised, proactive, and focused while keeping standards high.
Attention to Detail
From cleanliness and presentation to customer care, you take pride in getting the small things right.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering warm, friendly, and attentive customer service
- Creating a welcoming and energetic atmosphere on the floor
- Supporting smooth day-to-day café operations
- Serving high-quality food and drinks with care and consistency
- Working closely with the kitchen and coffee team during busy services
- Maintaining excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Assisting with stock organisation and daily setup/close-down duties
- Helping make Roots + Seeds a place customers love to visit

- Experience in a front of house hospitality role

- Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
