We’re looking for confident, outgoing Promo Staff to join the team at Spirit Plymouth. If you’re energetic, love meeting new people, and aren’t afraid to approach a crowd, this is the role for you.
The Role
This is a varied, high-energy position combining evening street promotion alongside in-venue work.
During the day, you’ll be promoting upcoming events, themed nights, and exclusive offers. In the evenings, you’ll be out on the streets engaging with the public, encouraging people to come into Spirit, building the vibe before they even step through the door. You’ll also support inside the venue, helping to upsell VIP packages and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Spirit Plymouth events and special nights during daytime hours
- Approach and engage with the public in the evenings, encouraging footfall into the venue
- Represent the brand with confidence and energy on the streets and in-venue
- Help create a lively, welcoming atmosphere for guests
What We’re Looking For
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable approaching new people
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Energetic with a positive, can-do attitude
- Sales-focused with the ability to upsell
- Reliable and flexible (evening/night shifts required)
- Experience in promotions, sales, or nightlife is a bonus not required
